James Fisher

My name is behind each sale. It speaks for itself, and I’m proud of it!

Mr. Fisher began his real estate career more than 23 years ago as owner/operator of his family’s motel (Spain Apartments & Cottages) located on the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, FL. As an active advocate for the land entitlement and zoning changes adopted by Panama City Beach (2001), he used his real estate expertise as resort condominiums flourished in the area and thousands of new homes for residents and rentals for visitors became available. James also participated in the development of Ocean Villa, a 132-unit/22-story resort now on the site of the original family motel. For this project, he brought it through the permitting process, including land entitlement, zoning and the issuance of the development order. In 2006, he formally began his career in real estate sales and management in 2006. As a longtime Panama City Beach resident, he is well known and respected for his integrity and business acumen in the region. In addition, he has a unique and full understanding of the wants and needs of small businesses.

 About James Fisher

After attending Gulf Coast State College, Fisher proudly holds four CCIM certifications in Certified Commercial Investment and is known as a leading expert in commercial real estate development. He values integrity and professionalism and offers excellent communication skills along with proficiency in handling multiple clients and projects efficiently and effectively. A lifetime of professional relationships with landowners, investors, potential purchasers and tenants, consultants, engineers, building and zoning officials continue to make him invaluable to his clients.

From 2006 to 2014 he honed his skills with Prudential Shimmering Sands Real Estate specializing in residential sales, particularly in short sales. He established the Commercial Division of the company, placed a CVS and Dollar General in long-term leaseback spaces, and negotiated leases for numerous Panama City Beach restaurants. He joined RC Real Estate Group in 2014 where he focused on residential sales (single family, multi-family, condominiums), commercial sales and property management, and was a leasing specialist and property manager for the Shoppes at Edgewater, including Integrity Park where he reached 100% occupancy. Early in 2016 he joined Coastal Real Estate Group, Inc., as a commercial specialist and residential sales agent and from there, developed Eagle American Realty Group to further serve his diverse clientele and expand his holdings. He is dedicated to bringing real estate investment to a new level in northwest Florida.
